Cet examen permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer la fonction cardiaque. <a class=\"addtooltip\" title=\"Scintigraphie qui \u00e9value la circulation sanguine du c\u0153ur au repos et \u00e0 l\u2019effort. L\u2019examen n\u00e9cessite g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l'injection d'une substance radioactive.\"><strong>La scintigraphie de perfusion<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0met en \u00e9vidence le flux sanguin \u00e0 travers le muscle cardiaque et permet de d\u00e9tecter des zones de faible flux sanguin <a class=\"addtooltip\" title=\"Arr\u00eat ou diminution du flux sanguin (et donc de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne) dans les tissus.\"><strong>(isch\u00e9mie)<\/strong><\/a>. Pour ces deux examens, des traceurs sont inject\u00e9s dans votre veine et sont suivis \u00e0 travers le c\u0153ur \u00e0 l\u2019aide de cam\u00e9ras ou de scanners sp\u00e9ciaux.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019examen qui se fait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au repos est \u00e9ventuellement r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019effort ou apr\u00e8s avoir pris certains m\u00e9dicaments. On peut vous demander de ne consommer aucun aliment ni aucune boisson contenant de la caf\u00e9ine (th\u00e9, caf\u00e9, chocolat) ou de l&rsquo;alcool plusieurs heures avant les examens.
