Question 2
A common side effect of ACE inhibitors and ARBs is dizziness, why?
A. They lower your blood pressure

B. They raise your blood pressure

The correct answer is A.

ACE inhibitors and ARB cause your blood vessels to relax which lowers your blood pressure. This lowers resistance and means your heart doesn't have to work so hard to squeeze your blood out into your body. Your doctor may recommend that you take your first dose before going to bed to prevent dizziness.
