When I'm at work I have to do cleaning in the mornings. Whereas I used to rush into it and get everything done in half an hour, now I do a little bit, stop, have a drink and then carry on and do the rest. In fact, everything I do now I think a little bit more about what I'm doing and should I be doing it in such haste as I used to.
