Heart failure not only causes physical symptoms that have an impact on your well being, it can also cause you to experience feelings and emotions such as anxiety, anger, sadness or depression.

By recognising that these emotions are a normal part of adjusting to your condition, you can take positive steps that can help you feel better. In fact, learning how to manage feelings is an important aspect of managing your heart failure, along with the use of effective medicines and adopting a healthy lifestyle.
